Shipping to Belgium, France, and Spain on orders of 120 € or more will receive free shipping. Orders that are under 120 € have a flat fee for shipping and handling. Please note: Heavy Orders (Orders Over 3 kg.) shipped to Belgium, France or Spain may require an overweight surcharge IN ADDITION to the regular fee. If any additional surcharge is required we will contact you. Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to one address.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and the number of articles. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect the objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
When will my order ship ?
When you order by the cut off time Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays), most orders will ship that same day and you will receive it in 7 to 10 business days depending on your location. Shipping times will vary from one country to another. Please allow up to 21 days for standard delivery. Some circumstances may result in delayed shipping or delivery:
- Credit card payment issue
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Orders held because items are out of stock
- Carrier circumstances (severe weather, etc.)
Do you ship on weekends ?
bioGanmor does not ship on weekends. All shipping estimates refer to business days.
When will my order be processed ?
Orders only process on weekdays, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on weekends should process within 48 hours of the first weekday following the weekend or holiday. You will always receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is being shipped.
What if I didn’t receive my order confirmation ?
If you did not receive your order confirmation minutes after your order was placed, check the Spam Folder. If your email is in the Spam Folder be sure to mark "Not Spam" to receive future emails. If you do not receive your email in your Inbox or Spam folders please email email@example.com
How can I track my order ?
Once your order ships from our warehouse, we will email you with a shipping confirmation and tracking number link which you can follow.
What if my order came damaged or is missing ?
We take immense pride in making sure your order ships as securely as possible. However, if your product does arrive damaged, please let us know within 3 days of delivery by emailing our Customer Experience Team at firstname.lastname@example.org, please include photos. Missing items must be reported to our Customer Experience Team within 3 days of delivery and missing orders must be reported within 21 days of the date the order shipped.
